IMPORTANT!

It is really important for best results to train each single phase for 4 weeks. That’s why phase 3 and 4 are at the moment locked and they will be unlocked in 20 days the phase 3 and in 40 days the phase 4.

EACH PHASE HAS 3 DIFFERENTS TRAINING PROTOCOLS (A-B-C)

I RECOMMEND YOU TO TRAIN 5 DAYS A WEEK FOLLOWING THIS ORDER:

DAY 1 –  A

DAY 2 –  B

DAY 3 –  C

DAY 4 –  B

DAY 5 –  A

DAY 4 and DAY 5 are optional, but I still recommend 5 trainings a week for a greater jump improvement.

REMEMBER EACH SINGLE PHASE AS TO BE TRAINED FOR 4 WEEKS!!
